• Responsible for ensuring the operation, stability, and evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions, acting as an operational reference within the Automation CoE.

• Specialized in UiPath and Power Automate.

• Ability to analyze existing workflows, identify and resolve issues.

• Design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with different business units.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in the operation and support of automation solutions (ROS / Run & Maintain), including failure analysis, troubleshooting, and production stability.

• Practical knowledge of:

  • UiPath
  • Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)

• Experience in monitoring executions, log analysis, and managing failures and incidents.

• Understanding of RPA / automated workflows and their operation in production.

• Experience in incident, problem, and change management contexts (ITSM / operations).

• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
