This position include the following responsibilities:

• Being involved in design and implementation of Citrix & VDI infrastructure projects
• Advising the right virtualization technology for the right user
• System Configuration & tuning of Citrix & VDI environments
• 3rd line supporting (troubleshooting, incident and change management)
• Preparing and executing planned maintenance/upgrades (security patching, operating system and tooling upgrades, ...)
• Industrialization of the Operational Processes
• Developing and maintaining Operational and Technical documentation
• Driving expertise transfer to 1st and 2nd level supporting teams
• Ensuring security and audit guidelines are correctly implemented
• Creating, testing and maintaining service recovery procedures and plans.

Technical expertise’s

• Hands-on expertise with Citrix technologies: Citrix Cloud,XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise of Windows Server 2019/2022 configuration and administration
• Expertise in Active Directory
• Expertise in Windows 10, windows 11
• Expertise in VMWare ESX, vCenter
• Expertise in MS Azure (VM Hosting)
• Appsense
• Good expertise of network engineering and security principles
• Scripting, by preference Powershell

Methodology/Certification expertise's: 

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through expertise
• Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
• ITIL expertise is recommended.
