💼 Your Role:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure the platform runs smoothly and meets evolving business needs.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to Salesforce users, resolving issues and answering functional questions;
• Perform system configuration, user management, and data maintenance;
• Executing tests to validate new features and updates;
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions;
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager or similar role;
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and metadata;
• Hands-on experience with release management tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins);
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Specialist);
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken);
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
