The Integration Support provides application integration support on project portfolio management. Such as the schedule’s development and monitoring, costs and benefits.
Work in a hybrid mode (at Lisbon’s office and home) with an extended team located in France.
Participate in the proper technical and operational functioning of applications by:
- Responding with responsiveness to users of perimeter applications needs.
- Organizing the necessary training for users’ requests,
- Following IT and administrative incidents on user request,
- Administering the evolution of the applications
- Offering productivity gains,
- Guaranteeing the organization of the quality system of the administration and the improvement of the applications in collaboration with the other Finance departments and their managers,
- Providing the necessary expertise for the projects (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.),
- Anticipating the consequences of projects on the applications of the perimeter.
