Inetum, a European leader in digital services, has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal with an overall score of 85/100, placing the Group in the top 5% of companies assessed worldwide (98th percentile). This recognition comes as EcoVadis continues to raise the bar of its evaluation framework, reflecting growing expectations from clients, partners and stakeholders regarding ESG performance.
With a 14-point improvement in just one year, Inetum demonstrates strong momentum and sustained progress across all ESG pillars, confirming the consistency and depth of its long‑term commitments.
Sustained progress across all ESG pillars
The 2026 EcoVadis assessment highlights significant improvements across the four evaluated areas, with particularly strong gains in key dimensions of sustainability:
These results reflect the increasing maturity of Inetum’s ESG model, which is structured around clear priorities, measurable objectives and strong operational deployment across all countries and business lines.
This distinction complements the recent validation of Inetum’s decarbonization targets by the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), confirming the Group’s alignment with the objectives of the Paris Agreement and strengthening the coherence of its overall sustainability roadmap.
Juliette Gayraud, Group ESG leader at Inetum declared:
“Both the validation by SBTi of our climate trajectory and the increase of our EcoVadis score are strong, independent recognitions of the progress we have made in a couple of years, and of the collective commitment of our teams across all countries. Improving our ESG performance is not an end in itself: it is a strategic lever to create long‑term value for our clients, our employees and society as a whole. This new step confirms that our trajectory is both ambitious and credible.“

Inetum’s performance is the result of a collective effort across all regions and functions, involving teams from operations, HR, procurement, compliance, IT, and executive management.
