- Work on ServiceNow platform implementation projects and missions to enhance clients’ production activities.
- Contribute across multiple areas, including:
- ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM
- Discovery & Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Cloud Automation & Orchestration
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring new ServiceNow features and trends.
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops, and produce project documentation (architecture, technical specs, agile user stories).
- Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow modules, including workflow automation.
- Support user acceptance testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer to clients.
- Recommend technical solutions aligned with client needs and environments.
- Ensure compliance with quality and security standards and maintain best practices.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders.
