Application Support (Linux & OpenShift)
We are looking for an Application Support to join an application support team working on critical systems and platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain, administer and troubleshoot tools used in the application deployment process
- Ensure fast, automatic and reliable deployments in pre-production, production, experimental and disaster recovery environments
- Solve issues related to application servers and deployments
- Implement and maintain deployment automation processes
- Manage and administer Java application platforms (WebLogic, GlassFish, SOA/BPM, OSB, BAM, OIM, UCM)
- Work with large environments (200+ servers) across production and non-production
- Manage incidents, problems and service requests
- Ensure service availability and compliance with SLAs
- Participate in ongoing projects
- Perform monitoring, performance analysis and reporting
- Prepare and update technical documentation and procedures
- Knowledge transfer to public-sector teams
- Participate in control and operations center activities
