Main Responsibilities:
- Manages end-to-end delivery of Cash Management solutions for a client portfolio, anticipating needs and proposing smart, tailored solutions.
- Takes full ownership of the project lifecycle, from scoping and setup to post-go-live support.
- Keeps clients informed and engaged throughout the process, ensuring transparency and trust, while ensuring clients are well-trained and satisfied with the solutions delivered.
- Follows up on incidents, analyzes feedback, and ensures client concerns are addressed effectively.
- Adheres to internal controls and reports key updates to the Team Leader.
- Contributes to the evolution of Cash Management services and shares the expertise across teams.
