Mission:
The Senior Workplace Engineering Service will interface with the Windows Edition Product team, supporting to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting AXA entities’ onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.

Service description:
• Service with End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
• Service with L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
• Service with Bug analysis/fixes
• Service with Feature development when necessary
• Service to contribute to product lifecycle management on local entity

Service Deliverables:
• Service to deliver App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
• Service for Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
• Service with Reporting (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
• Service to deliver Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured.

Expertise’s
Must have expertise:
- English working environment and English context : Mandatory
- Service with Expertise in writing documentation
- Service with MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune expertise
- Service with Windows Devices management expertise
- Service with Windows Information Protection (WIP) expertise
Nice to have expertise:
- Service with MS Endpoint DLP expertise
- Service with McAfee Cloud Proxy expertise
- Service with F5 PerApp VPN expertise
- Service with expertise of Agile/Scrum methodology
