We're looking for a E2E Partnership and Business Solutions Officer who's mission is to be the single point of contact for Corporate Clients, Bank partners such as Fintechs & Startups, or other internal departments needing assistance with client Products and Services within the scope of the department.
Main Tasks:
- Provide Clients with General product support (e.g: demos, onboarding…) & technical product assistance (e.g: “The setup of my report is wrong”).
- Build a positive relationships, communicate continuously with the Client and other involved parties (Sales, Product Owner, Supplier…)
- Timely report and handle any incidents, complaints and claims according to procedures and policies in place
- Take on E2E accountability vis-à-vis the Client, transversal posture across the different departments of the Group (front to back)
