We're Hiring: Application Support Analyst – Lisbon | Inetum 🌍

Are you ready to ensure the smooth operation of live applications and contribute to a high-performing international team? We are looking for an Application Support Analyst.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day quality of service for live applications:
  • Resolve incidents and respond to user requests
  • Monitor production environments and define alerts
  • Communicate daily with teams across different time zones
  • Develop a strong functional and technical understanding of applications
• Contribute to the setup and efficiency of the Lisbon team (processes, tools, best practices)

Main Tasks:

• Manage incidents in line with ITIL standards
• Monitor KPIs and production environments
• Identify recurring issues and define action plans
• Document and improve procedures and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices
• Experience in financial services (preferred)
• Proficiency with Mainframe tools: OPC/TWS, JCL, Cobol, DB2, CICS, TSO (required); IDMS and eFILE (a plus)
• Familiarity with Cloud, Dynatrace, Ansible (nice to have)
• Language Skills: Fluent English (mandatory) and French (desirable)
