Liquidity contract resumes with a rider reducing the amount of assets allocated

Gfi Informatique announces resumption of the liquidity contract suspended since 23 November 2015.

Saint-Ouen (France), 5 July 2016 – The company has decided a partial withdrawal of 60,000 (sixty thousand) securities and 425,000 (four hundred and twenty-five thousand) euros from the assets allocated to the liquidity contract subscribed by Gfi Informatique with Oddo & Cie on 7 November 2008.

Saint-Ouen (France), 5 July 2016 – The company has decided a partial withdrawal of 60,000 (sixty thousand) securities and 425,000 (four hundred and twenty-five thousand) euros from the assets allocated to the liquidity contract subscribed by Gfi Informatique with Oddo & Cie on 7 November 2008.

The assets allocated to the market maker under the contract are:

  • 249,964.18 euros
  • 29,446 securities.
