Press Release
Release date :
Inetum, leader in digital services and solutions, is inaugurating new headquarters in Tunis. The event, which takes place this Thursday, 24 November, confirms the Group's anchoring in the local ecosystem and its ability to support its clients in Tunisia, but also in Africa in general.
With six new establishments opening in Africa over the last 20 years (Morocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Senegal and Angola), Inetum is hereby reinforcing its presence in Tunisia.
After taking over new facilities and inaugurating its FabLab Innovation for Africa a year ago in Casablanca, Morocco, the IT services company will inaugurate its new headquarters in Tunisia on 24 November in the presence of Vincent Rouaix, CEO of the Inetum group, Nizar Ben Neji, Minister of Communication Technologies, and His Excellency Mr André Parant, Ambassador of France to Tunisia.
The new 3,500m2 head office on Avenue de la Bourse, Berges du Lac 2 lives up to the Group's ambition in Tunisia. An ambition that has been characterized by organic growth in the past few years and accelerated by recent acquisitions such as the company HLI (Tunisia and Morocco), expert in Microsoft solutions in Africa. Inetum hereby brings together its development teams, support functions and Nearshore Service Centre in an optimal working environment.
Inetum in Tunisia offers all the services and solutions of the Group with a local base of more than 350 consultants who take charge of specific development projects, ERP integrations, and consulting assignments. Inetum is now the leading IT integrator in the country, supporting institutions and public companies as well as many private companies (Banks, Insurance, Retail, Industries) in their digitalisation process.
With its growth in Tunisia and the localisation of skills, Inetum confirms its ability to help clients master their digital flow by being close to their needs with an end-to-end local offer. This growth can also be seen in nearshore activities for various international projects.
According to Vincent Rouaix, Chairman and CEO of the Inetum Group, “In Tunisia, as in the 27 countries where we are present, Inetum is now a leading IT partner, committed to the digitalisation of its clients in public services and large private companies. We currently employ over 1,200 consultants in Africa. Our anchorage in Tunisia is an important part of our support system for our clients on the African continent. Over the past few years, we have organised and grown the company, put in place key expertise to meet the needs of the market, and built a solid local capacity that is gradually being industrialised. With their numerous certified skills and competitiveness, the Tunisian teams contribute to and participate in the Group's activities via its Nearshore Service Centre, which has tripled its workforce in the past two years.”
