The group has now announced that it will be recruiting 400 students and young graduates in 2021. At the same time, the IT services company is maintaining partnerships developed around the country with universities and grandes écoles in the scope of its Campus by Inetum programme. The group will also support Fonds de Solidarité Des Etudiants (FSDE), a solidarity initiative from students to collect donations from companies and individuals and hand these out to students who have the most need thereof, to help them study and live in decent conditions.

Talent recruitment maintained despite the Covid-19 pandemic

In these challenging times for students and young graduates, Inetum is sending out a positive message regarding youth employment. In 2020, 1,600 people were recruited, of which 300 were students and young graduates. 19% juniors have thus joined the Group.

Job profiles vary from engineers to consultants and salespeople. Their fields of expertise are also diverse – information system management, network architectures, big data, and digital strategy, to name but a few.

New ambition for 2021

In 2021, Inetum wants to go even further with a target of 2,000 new hires, including 400 students and young graduates. 60% of these recruitments will take place in the different regions, which is perfectly in line with Inetum’s DNA – being as close as possible to its clients, wherever they are.

In the scope of this new initiative for youth employment, the Group will be able to rely on its Campus by Inetum programme in partnership with 30 universities and grandes écoles. Inetum is also expanding the actions of this programme abroad – the first initiatives have already been launched to give students the opportunity to build their experience in other countries like Singapore, Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Tunisia, and wider, in any of the 26 countries where Inetum deploys its expertise.

Support for the French student solidarity fund

Founded at the initiative of student entrepreneurs, the Fonds de Solidarité Des Étudiants (FSDE), a French student solidarity fund, aims to help students to study and live in decent conditions. Inetum has decided to support this initiative and contribute emergency funds to give the association the necessary backing to collect donations. This funding is further backed by a skills sponsorship programme with Inetum support teams.

“Despite the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on youth employment,” says Inetum CEO Vincent Rouaix, “Inetum’s ambitions remain intact regarding the recruitment of young talent. I am very happy to announce today that 400 of them will be joining us in 2021. They will form part of the Group’s vital forces and will help our clients to understand and appropriate positive digital flow. At the same time, we are offering our support to the French student solidarity fund, a great initiative run by young entrepreneurs, and founded by Jules Simiand Brocherie and Rémy Malavasi.”
