Gfi Spain will trust the “escape rooms” to attract new talents

Gfi, international corporation leader in consulting, outsourcing and integration in Information Technologies, with 48 years of experience in the European market, continue its expansion in Spain with the forecast to incorporate more than 700 professionals during the year 2018. In order to find the best talents of the country, the company organize during this month of May in Madrid, an innovating selection process.

The selection process will be achieved through an escape game in an “escape room” of the Spanish capital. The future candidates of this recruitment session will need to demonstrate their individual skills in a personal interview with the Human Resources team of Gfi, and also prove his capacity to interact with a team during a game of escape.

A house full of enigmas, where it’s fundamental to collaborate with all the members of a team to solve efficiently the headaches present all along the game.

The initiative, is aimed principally to profiles with experience in the latest technologies of the market. The goal is to incorporate to the company more than 50 professionals of the following profiles for the headquarter of Madrid:

The persons concerned by a participation should send their resume to seleccion@gfi.es with the reference in subject “Escape Room – Gfi” before the 25 of May. We will realise a preselection of candidates via telephone. The event will take place on a Thursday, after the working day in a local in the centre of Madrid.
