Press Release
Signing of a partnership agreement
Release date :
Jacques Pommeraud, CEO and Chairman of INETUM Group, a major player in digital services and digital transformation in Europe and Africa, and Khelil Chaïbi, President of the Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCITF), have signed a partnership agreement aimed at supporting Tunisian and Franco-Tunisian companies in their skills development and digital transformation.

Convinced that business competitiveness depends on nurturing talent and adopting new technologies, the INETUM Group and the CCITF are joining forces to develop the digital skills needed for business transformation and competitiveness.
At the same time, the CCITF and INETUM will co-organize seminars, workshops, and conferences on topics such as digital transformation, technological innovation, and skills development. These events will provide a platform for discussion between experts, executives, and entrepreneurs, and will showcase the success stories of Tunisian and Franco-Tunisian companies that have benefited from this collaboration.
The partnership also provides for the implementation of an annual action plan, regular coordination meetings, and the appointment of representatives responsible for monitoring activities and assessing their impact on partner companies.
“This partnership with the Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry embodies our deep conviction: the digital transformation of businesses and institutions in Africa and Europe requires the development of talent and the adoption of technology. Together, we want to build a sustainable and inclusive ecosystem capable of supporting Tunisian and Franco-Tunisian companies in developing their skills and competitiveness on the international stage" said Jacques Pommeraud, CEO and Chairman of the Inetum Group.
Khelil Chaïbi, President of the Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCITF), added: “Our partnership with INETUM embodies our belief that digitalization and technological innovation are essential drivers of economic development in Tunisia. By joining forces, we are affirming our desire to place innovation and skills development at the heart of entrepreneurial dynamics in order to support the competitiveness and internationalization of Tunisian and Franco-Tunisian companies. This unique partnership paves the way for new synergies that will promote a sustainable and inclusive economic ecosystem and transform the entrepreneurial fabric in a spirit of excellence and openness.”
This agreement, signed for a one-year renewable term, illustrates the shared desire of INETUM and the CCITF to actively contribute to the digital transformation of Tunisian businesses by strengthening links between the technological, economic and institutional spheres. It marks an important step in the commitment of both institutions to innovation and talent development in Tunisia.
