Inetum, a leading global digital services company, today announced the appointment of Nathalie Pousin as Group Chief Financial Officer and David Gendry as Executive Vice President for Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs. Both executives will report directly to Jacques Pommeraud, Chairman and CEO of Inetum, reinforcing its executive leadership team, effective immediately.
Nathalie Pousin, currently Group Chief Operating Officer, brings extensive financial leadership experience from several major technology and services companies to her new role as Group CFO, succeeding Albin Jacquemont. In her current position, she has been instrumental in driving Inetum's operational transformation.
Prior to joining Inetum, Nathalie held CFO positions at leading global technology and services companies across several European countries and the United States, demonstrating her ability to drive financial excellence in multicultural environments. In addition to her role as CFO, Nathalie will continue to oversee critical support functions leveraging her proven track record in operational leadership.
David Gendry joins Inetum with extensive international experience, having held senior management positions at Stellantis, Volkswagen Group, and Alpine across seven countries. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Alpine and Vice President of Communications for Alpine worldwide, including the Alpine Formula 1 team. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated success in building strong corporate brands, developing integrated communications strategies, and driving stakeholder engagement across global markets.
These appointments reflect Inetum's commitment to strengthening and streamlining its governance structure, with a clear focus on driving operational efficiency. The simplified organizational design will support the company's strong financial performance and sustainable growth trajectory.
