Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specs.
• Design and run test plans, ensuring features meet expectations.
• Track project progress, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Work closely with developers and fellow BAs to deliver impactful solutions.
• Document features and processes to support ongoing improvements.

Profile

Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile teams.
• Understanding of SCRUM.
• Experience with testing practices.
• Familiarity with tools like Octane and test automation.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
