Inetum's Quality and Security Department ensures that the Group's document repository provides the guidelines, recommendations and tools to meet its commitments. These are regularly reviewed to this end. For example, the specific pre-sales process verifies that all conditions are met to respond to the challenges of our clients, and to guarantee that our proposals meet their expectations.

As soon as our consultants join the Group, they learn about our values and operating rules during our integration process. Awareness campaigns and training are planned annually to maintain and widely deploy the Group's culture.

Our audit programme allows us to monitor the compliance of our operational system and the management of risks, and to detect opportunities for improvement and best practices to be shared.

Our compliance with quality (ISO 9001), security (ISO 27001) and CSR market standards is demonstrated by the external certification process. The Group has been certified for over 20 years by accredited third-party organizations.
