Inetum is conducting an ambitious recruitment plan in line with market needs and in line with its UPSCALE23 strategic plan.

Today, the challenge is to recruit "effectively" and "targeted" to cope with the acceleration of digitalization and the rapid and constant evolution of needs.

To meet these growing needs and the specificity of the profiles sought, Inetum joins forces with the major engineering schools in Tunisia, leaders in computer training. Within the framework of its relations with schools, these partnerships allow it to select training cycles that best correspond to the job market and to shape a university course adapted to the needs of the market.

These alliances also contribute to the employment of young people in Tunisia and allow engineering students to complete their higher education thanks to an international and multicultural company, thus combining concrete and rewarding professional experience with obtaining their diploma.

ESPRIT, leader in Tunisia in training, teaching and engineering in Computer Science.

ESPRIT guarantees appropriate and quality training based primarily on an experienced teaching staff. It is a resolutely operational training through the intervention of professionals throughout the training cycles. With an active pedagogy of projects, it allows graduates to be immediately integrated into a company. A professional approach and a rapid increase in skills that customers particularly appreciate on their digitization project.

This partnership between Inetum & ESPRIT allows the ESN to recruit efficiently, to ensure a mix in its teams with junior profiles and to offer opportunities to the youngest. On the other hand, it allows students to access a phase of immersion in the professional world from the academic course through work-study cycles, summer internships or PFE, company visits or more conferences with the group's experts, Tunisian and international, explaining the digital professions and the axes of innovation.

The school, for its part, guarantees the evolution of the skills of the IT profiles to follow the needs of the market. Its students graduate at the end of 5 years as engineers in accordance with ESPRIT's profession/skills/learning outcomes and the professional and academic requirements recognized by the CTI-EurAce accreditations (Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur, European Accreditation of Engineering Programme). "By integrating our training programs, our students have an incredible opportunity to work on real business issues and to be immersed in the field in the business world" says Mrs. Manel Madhioub, Director of Studies at ESPRIT.

Patrice Gautier, Managing Director, Inetum Tunisia, declares: "We are working to establish lasting relationships with higher education establishments because we have a strong desire to explain our professions in a concrete and practical way in order to help engineers of tomorrow to have a complete and pragmatic training to guarantee their employability as soon as they obtain their diploma."

Sana Ben Amar, Human Resources Director of Inetum in Tunisia, adds: “These programs thus promote the employability of young graduates by offering them opportunities corresponding to the reality of the market.
