Inetum, European leader in digital services, announces the appointment of Wim Gelders as Head of Specialized Sales in Belgium. This newly created role marks a strategic step in strengthening Inetum’s commercial organization and deepening alignment between sales and delivery.

Strengthening sales leadership for future growth

Wim Gelders brings a strong and versatile background in commercial leadership, IT service management, and organizational consulting. After starting his career in international photography and transitioning to IT in his early 30s, Wim held a range of commercial roles across industries, including launching and managing his own consulting business. As a trainer and coach, he has certified over 2,500 professionals in ITIL, provided training in sales and communication, and is a respected guest lecturer at multiple educational institutions including Karel de Grote Hogeschool, Universiteit Antwerpen and Antwerp Management School.

In his new role, Wim will focus on driving a collaborative and performance-oriented specialized sales team at Inetum. Working closely with the Business Unit Leads, he aims to align commercial strategy with business objectives to unlock greater client impact and long-term growth.
