Salesforce ends Workflow Rules and Process Builder: migrate to Flow Builder before 2025

Salesforce is officially phasing out Workflow Rules and Process Builder – with end of support on December 31, 2025. That means your existing automations may keep running, but Salesforce will stop fixing bugs and issues and will not provide support if errors arise. Moving forward, all innovation for low and no code automation is happening in Flow Builder.
