We’re looking for an Analyst Developer with strong VBA and MS Access expertise to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. If you're passionate about building smart, user-friendly tools and enjoy working closely with business users, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities: 

• Designs and maintains MS Access applications with custom forms and reports.
• Develops advanced VBA macros across MS Office tools.
• Analyzes business needs and translates them into technical solutions.
• Writes and optimizes SQL queries.
• Facilitates workshops and contributes to functional design.
• Participates in solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Supports application users and ensures continuous improvement.

Profile

Profile:

• Advanced MS Access (including form creation and maintenance).
• Senior-level VBA development experience.
• Strong SQL skills (Intermediate to Senior).
• MS SQL Server knowledge.
• Solid experience in functional/technical analysis and design.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• French proficiency (mandatory). 

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
