Mission
Reinforce our API Architect team in charge of the API Governance and supporting API Team building APIs in their API Lifecycle, to ensure value, consistency and security in order to deal with the additional workload associated with fast growing number of APIs and continue industrialize that process
Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
o 1 year experience minimum in API Governance in a large organization, including industrialization;
o 2 year experience minimum in designing APIs using the OAS standard, in defining security requirements for APIs, and in using a leading API Management solution;
o 5 year experience minimum with APIs;
o Standards: OAS V3, OAS V3.1, Json Schema, OAuth2, OIDC, Oauth 2 mTLS (RFC8705), FAPI; and
o Experience with one leading API Design tools, linters, and Dev Portals.
Main Tasks
- Ensure API lifecycle according with Organizational Governance Model;
- Review API specifications against Organizational Guidelines;
- Assess API Security Model and Propose Actions and Requirements to Comply with Security Guidelines;
- Facilitate API Lifecycle among different projects;
- Industrialize API Lifecycle process.
Technical Skills:
- Mature Architect mindset, being able to quickly understand the purpose of an API and able to drive the teams to meet the organizational requirements in terms of API Design\Management Best Practices, Security Model and Architecture Requirements.
- Experience with API Management Platform (WOS2, Apigee, others);
- Solid experience with OpenAPI v3 Specification, Swagger 2, WSDL;
- Comfortable with JSON, XML;
- Solid experience and knowledge about Authentication\Authorization Standards\Protocols and Encryption like OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, FAPI, TLS\SSL;
- Experience using API Design Tools and Linters.

Additional Information:
- This mission is to be performed in a hybrid working model, with two days per week at the office.
- The candidate should be able to commute to the office always when necessary.
- Candidates must be already located in Portugal mainland, Lisbon or Oporto regions
