Mission

• Perform business analysis of user requirements
• Provide support to business departments in detailed definition of requirements
• Propose definitions for business terms, create necessary reference frameworks, and develop conceptual data models for the Data Warehouse (DWH)
• Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, business term inventories and glossaries, reference specifications, technical specifications, test scenarios, and user guides for new developments
• Execute or provide support for functional acceptance testing of new reference data, reports, or functionalities, as well as regression testing for existing reference data, reports, or functionalities
• Ensure adherence to project delivery timelines
• Provide support to business users during user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Change Management: Communicate updates to users regarding new developments on the DWH platform, distribute user guides for new applications, and participate in user training
• Actively participate in project review/retrospective meetings, provide constructive feedback, and propose optimizations to improve workflows
• Contribute to the effort estimation process for BI projects
• Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of applications in production

Profile

• Strong understanding of banking products and the interdependencies between different banking areas
• Ability to analyze and understand datasets and the correlations between data points
• Ability to analyze business requirements and write corresponding functional specifications
• Ability to create and execute test scenarios (functional testing)
• Ability to identify the impact of projects you are involved in
• Ability to support users in adopting and utilizing new developments
• Good understanding of project methodologies
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
• Good knowledge of SQL, DWH concepts, and data modeling
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills
