Join our dynamic team and support one of the largest financial institutions in Portugal as a Business Analyst, working closely with key financial systems. If you have a background in Custody, Tax, and some SQL know-how, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global teams (US, India, Portugal) on Custody and Settlement systems.
- Gather and define business requirements for system enhancements.
- Write functional specs and support testing through the full project lifecycle.
- Support change management, ensure quality delivery, and contribute to market and cross-functional projects.
- Provide functional support and collaborate with Service Delivery teams on complex issues.
Profile
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax, or Law.
- 4+ years in the financial industry, ideally with Custody experience.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Actions.
- Solid English communication skills (mandatory).
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT systems and financial applications is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Ability to simplify complex processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
