Mission

• Ensure that customer requirements are understandable for the project team and developers;
• Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications through the identification of needs;
• Develop and operationalize acceptance criteria for tests.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or another area relevant to the role;
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Attention to detail and proactivity;
• Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of SAS, SAP and Salesforce will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence tools is valued;
• Fluent in English.
