Mission

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our international team, working with Qlik Sense applications across the Finance, GSC, Marketing, and Services departments. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Qlik Sense applications, administering the Qlik Sense environment, and contributing to key technology stack development projects.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure stable and efficient Qlik Sense environments.
  • Participate in daily releases between DEV and STG, and in weekly production releases.
  • Conduct code reviews for both local development teams and functional developers in Sweden, the USA, and China.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries (Snowflake) to handle large datasets and integrate with other systems.
  • Manage code repositories in Git (/SVN) and ensure proper version control.
  • Use Jira to track progress, manage backlog, and organize team tasks.
  • Document technical processes and best practices in Confluence.
  • Communicate effectively with distributed teams via Slack or Microsoft Teams.
  • Develop Python scripts to support data analysis, integrations, and administrative tasks.

Profile

  • Proven experience with Qlik Sense (development and administration)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Git (/SVN) version control systems
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Strong communication skills in Slack or Microsoft Teams
  • Python scripting for data analysis and automation 

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake
