Mission

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards and business reports

• Analyze data and build analytical models

• Prepare business cases and presentations

• Evaluate business performance and efficiency

• Design programs to enhance customer value

• Build analytical and statistical models

• Aggregate data from various sources

• Implement sales campaigns

• Conduct analysis to measure performance, including:

  • Customer potential analysis

  • Profitability analysis of existing business lines

  • Business case development for new projects

Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis

• Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle or MS SQL)

• Good knowledge of Python

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)

• Hybrid work 3 days from an office in Warsaw
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of R
• Familiarity with ThinkCell
