Mission
One of the leading bank in the European Union and a leading international player, is seeking to complement and strengthen its existing teams in the areas of IT risk management, cybersecurity and the fight against digital fraud.
Within IT Group, Informatics Directorate of the Bank, the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department's mission aims to structure, strengthen and harmonize IT risk management and cybersecurity for the overall Bank (approximately 30 entities) and:
-define the vision and strategy for IT risk management and cybersecurity, and ensuring the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities,
-monitor the security of the Group's information systems,
-steer the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework.
Regarding the need to increase its Information Assets protection and the deployment of its Cybersecurity Program, the bank is restructuring its teams in charge of Data Leakage Prevention/monitoring.
Main Tasks:
- Assess the events generated by the DLP tool, according to predefined criteria (alert treatment Level 1) on the different scopes
- Review & analyze the daily events, and potentially route them to Level 2 for a deeper analysis
- Investigate at Level 2 to allow confirmation & assessment of data leaks
- Contribute to employee awareness in case of bad practices"
- Review & Analyze security problems in order to identify the weak points in the DLP monitoring system
- Liaise with the control manager regarding DLP events detection, or specific rules review (e.g. a great number of anomalies generated in a short period)
- Suggest good practices based on the DLP events typology, in order to optimize detection capability
- Manage access rights to the DLP consoles
- Manage DLP exceptions implementation
- Contribute to the testing and analysis of new DLP policies
- Coordinate the review of policies and validated practices
- Perform a weekly follow-up of the entities, regarding their backlog and the compliance with the processes
- Provide functional and tool support to our clients
- Produce the Monthly DLP Dashboard
- Manage the deployment of new entities / scopes on our platform
