• Should produce HLDs (High-Level Designs) and present them
• Organize and lead meetings with business areas and other teams involved in ongoing projects
• Ability to interact with other teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Manage vendors responsible for implementations
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle
