Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:    

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Build and maintain test strategies and plans.
• Ensure bugs are caught early through thorough reporting and validation.
• Promote best practices in software testing across squads.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on continuous improvement.

Profile

Profile:

• Degree in IT, Systems Analysis, or similar.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on with manual and automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and BDD methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory. 
• Clear communicator & team player.
• Organized and proactive.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
