Mission

We are in search of a dedicated and proactive Help Desk Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in providing efficient and high-quality technical support, addressing user needs, and ensuring smooth resolution of hardware and software issues.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolution of IT incidents and requests, either on-site or remotely when applicable.
  • Updating tickets with detailed information on actions taken and findings.
  • Keeping records up to date for the equipment serviced.
  • Ability to work independently in stressful environments, occasionally without immediate support.
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and resolution of printing issues.

Profile

  • MS Windows - MacOS
  • HW and Printing
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks
  • Preference for ITIL knowledge or certification
  • Good English skills.
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Valid Driver's License in Portugal 
  • Location: Lisbon
