Mission
An HR Payroll & Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes and policies. Will be engaged in the administration of a broad range of HR activities associated with the employment cycle.
This role focuses on optimizing the employee’s experience through various functions like contracting, benefits management, payroll and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the accuracy verification of all documentation, as well as ensure the accuracy of calculations for payroll.
- Improves payroll workflows and processes optimization by enabling the payroll and HR data management systems (SAP);
- Report on payroll efficiencies, insights and drives continuous improvement
- Overseeing HR Operations: Managing the daily activities, including payroll full cycle, benefits management, and compliance with employment laws.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor HR inboxes to ensure that all queries receive a response within expected timescales and complex issues are escalated as appropriate.
- Ensure employees’ records are maintained accurately in line with GDPR regulations.
- Lead the team that acts as the first point of contact for queries from managers and employees providing a comprehensive administrative support service.
- Support the Team as necessary to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related academic background.
- Experienced and qualified HR Operations Manager, with 10 years of experience managing payroll, with strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Knowledge about SAP & SSFF is a preferential factor.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (required)
- Fluent in Spanish (valued)
