Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:                                                                          

• Efficiently executes investment fund orders with custodians and transfer agents, ensuring compliance with cut-off times.
• Keeps a close eye on executed and pending orders, contract notes, and reminders to counterparties, while maintaining pre and post-execution controls.
• Handles treasury announcements to ensure custodian accounts are adequately funded, while controlling and enriching the fund values in the reference database.
• Actively contribute to team and process improvements, offering suggestions and participating in projects and developments.
• Trains new team members and provides feedback and follow-up on specific topics to the team leader. Assists with escalations and supports the team leader with necessary controls (KSP, KPI, Incident Reporting, Service Reviews).

Profile

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or similar. 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations. 
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Driven to team work.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
