Mission

Within our 'Workstation' Squad of the IT Production department, you will bring your expertise in workstation management

Alongside the team, you will manage the workstation for the company. In your role, you will have regular and varied interactions both with business and IT users and with the central teams of the group

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily activities related to the workstation scope
  • Maintaining the required OS and application security level as per the group's policy (patching)
  • Providing third-level support in case of system malfunctions within the domain of expertise
  • Analyzing and validating software configurations of workstations
  • Defining technical solutions to meet business needs in accordance with security policies and group standards, as well as internal validation processes
  • Writing technical documentation for the software and infrastructure in place
  • Monitoring vulnerabilities on production equipment

Profile

  • Significant experience (at least 5 years) in Windows client administration
  • Perfect mastery of French
  • Good practical knowledge of technical English (able to understand a conversation and interact in this language in the context of the mission)
  • Structured and rigorous work methodology, sense of responsibility and good autonomy
  • Client-oriented
  • Good risk assessment and ability to raise appropriate alerts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong quality orientation

You have excellent mastery of:

  • Windows 10 systems
  • Client management through SCCM (patching management and application updates)
  • Implementation of security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, PCIDSS)

You have good mastery of:

  • Machine virtualization (VMware, Citrix)
  • Scripting (PowerShell, VBS, etc.)
  • TCP/IP protocols, network interconnection techniques, as well as main Microsoft & application protocols (SMTP, HTTPS, etc.)
  • ITIL best practices in change management and incident management
  • Standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

You have experience or knowledge of:

  • Trellix endpoint tools
  • Nexthink monitoring tool
  • Office 365 solution (Azure AD)
  • Agile methodology (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Microsoft certifications will be considered an asset
