Job description:
Provide end user IT support services for the territory, in a large scale (12k users) .
100% onsite
We are looking for an IT Field Support/User support technician (F/M) profile for our client's Technical support team.
Tasks description
- Provide In person / Face to face, IT support in a large-scale end-user environment.
- Remote Support & In person/On desk/field support.
- Work by procedures and tickets.
- Warehouse, stocks control, logistics & Back-office tasks.
Desired Profile Relevant Skills / Experience:
- Very Strong soft skills with strong focus in customer service, excellent communication skills and good presentation (Mandatory).
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role not necessarily in Information technology. (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Intune. (Mandatory).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills & troubleshooting skills. (Mandatory).
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office and corporate products, technology adept and consumer.
- Ability to resolve, troubleshoot network issues related to the end user environment.
- Comfortable with Microsoft technology and products (Office, windows). (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of collaborative tools.
- Experience with Cisco video conferencing equipment, L1 support.
- End user hardware support (headsets, screens, laptop, mouse, keyboard, docking stations, smartpass) (Mandatory).
- Knows and comprehends the importance of IT Security, Cyber Security in a corporate environment.
- Good understanding of computer systems, apple devices and other tech products (Mandatory).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and beyond.
- Good English speaker (maintain and elaborate a conversation)
