  • Managing front desk operations and reception duties.
  • Ensuring the office and conference rooms are maintained to a high standard.
  • Welcoming guests and supporting the organization of meetings.
  • Handling incoming calls and company correspondence.
  • Cooperation with the building administration, company suppliers, including couriers and taxi corporations.
  • Assisting in the coordination of business travel arrangements.
  • Ordering office supplies and groceries.
  • Cooperation with the finance department (invoice registration and flow).
  • Providing daily support to company employees.
