Mission
We are seeking a Junior Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will work on creating and modifying code for reports and printouts generated from our platform. You will collaborate closely with analysts, UX specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, WCAG-compliant reports and documents. Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions and document templates within the brokerage platform.
- Collaborate with analysts, UX teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reports meet requirements and accessibility standards.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL and MS SQL databases.
- Build and maintain custom templates using HTML/SQL/CSV.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility guidelines in all deliverables.
Profile
- Knowledge of at least one reporting technology: MS Reporting Services (SSRS) or Jasper Reports (or willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with HTML/SQL/CSV for custom template development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MS SQL, including query creation and optimization.
- Understanding of WCAG guidelines and ability to apply UX team recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with analysts and business teams.
- English & Polish (at least B1+)

- Previous experience in data engineering, BI, or reporting projects.
- Exposure to accessibility-focused development.
- Interest in financial or brokerage platforms.
Hybrid work model: Office - 2 days per week
