Mission

  • Support LANs, WANs, and Wireless systems;
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise;
  • Maintain hardware components such as routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers;
  • Manage DNS and DHCP services;
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding connectivity issues;
  • Document network configurations and maintenance procedures;
  • Take part in upgrades, patches, and system migrations;
  • Ensure network security practices are upheld;
  • Work closely with Infra Team (Wintel, Security,Unix,Backup);
  • Work closely with all stakeholders users in order to understand their needs;
  • Provide documentation to help development/integration team.

Profile

  • Expert: minimum 2 years on a similar role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
  • Experience with LANs, WANs, and Wireless systems;
  • Experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment;
  • Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies;
  • Scripting skills to automate tasks and develop custom solutions;
  • Experienced in monitoring network performance and troubleshooting;
  • Expertise in switching/routing as well with load balancers; 
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common networking protocols.
