We’re looking for a dynamic Obsolescence Manager to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and services projects across our international footprint. You’ll be at the heart of our modernization efforts, ensuring systems stay current, risks are mitigated, and teams are aligned!
Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate IT infrastructure projects between global subsidiaries and central teams.
- Prepare and lead obsolescence committees and roadmap reviews.
- Track and report on OS and middleware lifecycle status.
- Anticipate future obsolescence and define proactive action plans.
- Ensure production and infrastructure readiness for solution deployment.
Profile
Profile:
- 2+ years in IT infrastructure or production operations.
- Solid grasp of IT risk and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong coordination, delegation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a structured, logical approach.
- Committed, clear communicator with a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Practice with the French language is mandatory (B1/B2).
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and learning agility.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
