Mission

The Packaging Logistics Coordinator will oversee the daily distribution and management of POOL packaging for the company suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of packaging-related issues. The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in advanced technical tools to optimize workflows and resolve incidents. If you are highly skilled in logistics coordination, data analysis, and technical tools, this position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.

Responsibilities:

 Daily Packaging Distribution:

  • Allocate POOL packaging to the company suppliers based on established criteria and guidelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery and management of packaging-related processes.

•  Incident Management:

  • Address and resolve incidents related to the supply of POOL packaging at supplier sites, factories, and redistribution platforms.
  • Actively contributes to the resolution of recurring and severe issues by participating in sector operational meetings.

•  Collaboration and Communication:

  • Maintain daily communication with partners, including factories, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Participate in operational meetings to ensure effective collaboration with other departments and entities.

•  Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate information flows within the company-specific software systems.
  • Analyze existing procedures and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Improvement Initiatives:

  • Reducing Truck Unloading Delays :
  • Study existing procedures and propose improvements to minimize unloading times for trucks in dispute.
  • Identify and implement actionable steps to prevent congestion at redistribution centers
  • Optimizing Storage Zones :
  • Conduct assessments of current storage situations in each redistribution center.
  • Monitor specific KPIs, saturation rates, and develop actionable plans to increase storage space and improve efficiency.

Profile

  • Advanced knowledge of VBA and Excel (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of Access (preferred)
  • Strong skills in data analysis, information retrieval, and system navigation
  • French and English- must be advanced!!!

Soft Skills :

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
