Mission

Within a team of 3 Product Owners, your primary focus will be to coordinate the different phases throughout the product cycle, for 3 of the 8 modules:                                      

Main Tasks:

 - the day-to-day relationship with our business stakeholders, notably Group Data Office

- the framing of the roadmap, notably budget & timeline estimates as well as complying with project governance,

- consolidating, clarifying and rationalizing the various requirements,

- explaining technical problems to other teams and being able to find solutions,

- preparing the various documents supporting framing, specification, monitoring and reporting,

- steering squad rituals in partnership with the Scrum Master,

- the monitoring of deliveries, with an emphasis on data management and quality as well as respecting set budgets,

- overseeing the testing framework to ensure that the functionalities are implemented as requested,

- providing level 2 production support: investigation and analysis with developers and data scientists, design and deployment of remediation plans,

- coordination of the overall platform roadmap with the other ImpAct POs, 

- the ability to act as a link between developers, business lines and other stakeholders, in particular transversal teams such as Risk ESG, CIB Engagement, Group Finance and Group Risk.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.                                        

- Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
