Mission
Currently, for our office based in Sofia, we are looking for Project Manager who will deliver mission-critical projects. You will be responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. One of the challenges you will face is managing multiple types of projects, some concurrently, and lead teams in a matrix environment.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and organizational feasibility;
- Ensure that project plans align with Agile principles and methodologies;
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tailor them to the specific needs of the project;
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Serves as senior member of the team who builds knowledge, cross trains, influences and guides others
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture;
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success;
Requirements of the role:
- BSc or MSc in IT or Business field or equivalent level of experience;
- 5+ years’ experience as a technical project manager;
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development projects;
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms is a significant advantage and highly valued in this role;
- Broad technical IT background with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, along with business acumen;
- Ability to plan, execute, and control projects, establishing realistic estimates and reporting metrics;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building;
- Maintains good relationships and broad general knowledge across multiple business and IT functions;
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills;
