Mission

The Full Stack Developer role at the Quantitative Data Intelligence (QDI) team is a key role for the growth of the platform in Global Markets. You will be responsible for building Web Applications (full-stack) and data APIs that will be used by thousands of users within Global Markets. You will also collaborate with transversal teams on implementing and improving security and authentication systems such as SSO and LDAP with also implementing RBAC and user management protocols over our applications.                             

                                                                                                                                       

Main Tasks:

  • Develop, maintain and support modern, reactive and responsive Web Applications;

Develop, maintain and support custom APIs;

  • Develop and optimize solid backend solutions for both Web Applications and APIs, handling sometimes big volumes of data;

Integrate our interfaces with SSO systems;

Communicate with stakeholders and build the target Use Experience for our Web Applications; Communicate with stakeholders and achieve the desired outcome for our APIs

  • Develop, maintain and support RBAC and User Management models;

Understand and be the point of contact for the business and  assess its needs;

  • Ensure that the target architecture meets business requirements;

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results;

        Efficiently deliver in an Agile environment;

Profile

Technical Skills:

  • Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields;3+ years of Full-Stack development experience, end-to-end web application delivery
  • Professional experience with Python Web Frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
  • Professional experience developing and maintaining data-centered APIs; Work experience with Front-End frameworks (React, Angular);Strong knowledge on Web UI and UX, with strong fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS);
  • Strong knowledge on implementing authentication and directory services (SSO, LDAP);Experience implementing RBAC models and User Management systems;Availability to work in the hybrid model or in person in the Porto or Lisbon office;   
  • Knowledge on data analysis and data handling are a plus;Knowledge on Plotly Dash is a plus;
