Mission

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex solutions using Salesforce Platform products and Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity). This role requires deep technical expertise in architecture, integration, and customization of Salesforce. The architect works closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance.
• Document technical architectures, system integrations, data models, and solution components.
• Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) prototypes to complement defined technical architectures, ensuring proper development, configuration, and deployment of required applications and components within Salesforce.
• Guide and support project teams in implementing best practices, coding standards, and reusable assets.
• Provide guidance and support for platform configuration and administration.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Conduct technical assessments and reviews.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform features, releases, and trends.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in Salesforce technology.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration (Platform, Sales, and Service).
• Experience in the Telecommunications sector using Salesforce products.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, sharing models, visibility rules, and platform limits.
• Proven experience in platform configuration, security, and performance optimization.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Field Service and Industries Cloud is a plus.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
