We are looking for a Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant (PP, PP-DS) to join our Inetum SAP Business Line team and be part of a work culture focused on people and our clients. Responsibilities:

• Point of contact between INETUM and the client for the manufacturing business area
• Ensure fluid communication with other business domains to ensure seamless integration
• Develop, together with the client, the maintenance and new development activity plan, respecting the CORE solution
• Ensure compliance with service levels, SLAs, and response times
• Ensure the resolution of incidents, business incidents, and service requests
• Support the technical team with functional requirements
• Ensure testing is performed and test evidence is documented
• Provide information for the ticketing tool
• Operationalize the third-party relationship plan and ensure the first level of resolution of conflicts and problems that may arise in support.
• Resolve operational issues: participate in the Operational Management Committee and prepare supporting documentation for these meetings (e.g., status of high-priority orders, critical incidents, activity plan)
• Responsible for tickets and backup for the work of team members in their domain

Profile

• Technical specialist in the SAP Manufacturing functional domain
• Strong Knowledge of the modules: PP,  S4Hana PP-DS and or APO PP-DS

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Portuguese and English)
  • English level B2 or higher
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Driven to teamwork
• Knowledge in Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Foods Industries
