Mission

At Inetum, we provide cutting-edge technology solutions to support our clients in achieving their business goals. We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the team developing and maintaining IT systems in the area of telecommunication network construction and management.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting teams in the effective application of Scrum and Agile practices.
  • Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
  • Identifying obstacles and supporting the team in removing them.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to manage the product backlog.
  • Monitoring and reporting on team progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Educating the team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum.
  • Building an atmosphere of open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the organization in Agile transformation and promoting best practices.

Profile

Must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
  • Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Knowledge of English at B1+ level.
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish language.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with development teams and ability to build a collaborative culture.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to identify and resolve team impediments.
  • Excellent communication, mediation and coaching skills.
  • Experience in Telco projects is welcome.
