Mission
Responsibilities:
- Business meetings to understand requirements, identify constraints, and clearly formulate ideas and communicate objectives.
- Gathering requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, and breaking down requirements into user stories and tasks for the team.
- Understanding legacy systems and data, documenting business logic (SQL, stored procedures) and acceptance criteria and test scripts.
- Planning, organizing work, estimating and completing tasks on time, anticipating problems and finding and implementing solutions.
- Knowledge of systems/application usability issues and defining requirements at various levels (user, functional, non-functional).
- Knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria) and analytical artifacts (process modeling, data dictionary, business rules).
- Translation of requirements into specifications, creation of documentation, and translation of content into language understandable to the audience.
- Deep understanding of the business and data, creating simple dashboards and visualizations to support business decisions, and managing requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Curiosity and analytical thinking, asking the right questions, questioning requirements and business processes.
- Experience and qualifications: business partnerships, SQL, data visualization (ThoughtSpot, Tableau).
Profile
- Experience in a similar position about 10 years.
- Good organizational, analytical and consulting skills.
- Good stakeholder relations and communication skills.
- Good technical knowledge of SQL to look at stored procedures, etc. and understand data in already existing solutions.
- Required Experience and Qualifications: Able to run SQL queries and extract and combine various data Able to visualize in the right format and the right tool (Thoughtspot, Tableau, ...).
- Experience in data analysis in SQL and Snowflake environments.
- Good data mining skills.
- SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, ThoughtSpot.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of DataOne architecture, tools and practices.
- Experience with system/application usability.
