Mission

  • Support in developing and implementing security strategies and aligning them with business goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate security and continuity-related risks.
  • Define and report on key performance indicators to track security effectiveness.
  • Deliver programs to increase employee awareness and foster a security-minded culture.
  • Create and coordinate tailored security concepts across departments.
  • Plan and lead projects to improve information security and business continuity.
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective measures based on findings.
  • Ensure collaboration among IT, legal, compliance, and other teams on security matters.
  • Provide guidance and resources to local security teams and units.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

  • Several years of professional experience in information security and business continuity management.

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301.

  • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and security governance best practices.

  • Proven ability to define and implement security policies, processes, and performance metrics (KPIs).

  • Experience in conducting security audits, risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.

  • Experience in leading or supporting security-related projects and initiatives.

  • Ability to design and deliver training and awareness programs to promote a security-first culture.

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent are a strong advantage.

  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

  • Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days a week from one of our offices (Warsaw, Poznan, Lublin).
